Chloe Khan has reportedly undergone a second nose job to rectify sinus and breathing problems.

The busty reality star, 26, has previously undergone rhinoplasty to neaten her nose, however, her latest procedure wasn't for cosmetic reasons.

A source told The Sun Online: 'Chloe recently underwent recent nose surgery to fix a deviated septum which was causing her severe sinus and breathing problems.

No stranger to going under the knife, Chloe has enlarged her breasts to 32 HH and is a fan of lip fillers.

The star debuted her new nose on her way to a photoshoot in Liverpool on Wednesday.

She cut a risqué figure as she flashed her ample assets in a seriously low-cut top.

Arriving at a studio in gleaming white Range Rover, the 26-year-old former CBB star ensured she showed plenty of skin in the revealing garment.
