Following the rush that is awards season, Chrissy and the couple's daughter will be heading out on the road with John for his Darkness and Light tour.

Speaking about the up-coming family plans, John said: 'The awesome part of this tour is my family is coming along.'

Revealing that it was important for him to spend time with his young daughter and devoted wife, the star said:

'This'll be Luna's first tour. She'll be there, so I won't have to spend a lot of time away from my family. That's the subtitle of the tour: "Darkness And Light Tour: Luna's First Tour".'

The All Of Me singer's North American will kick-off in Miami on May 12 before winding up in New Orleans on June 30.

And it seems that Luna might not be the only child being taken on tour soon, as Chrissy recently said she and John planned on having more children.

The Lip Sync Battle co-host spoke to Entertainment Tonight in January, clarifying her and John's hopes.

'Since this is coming up again, I said our next baby would be a boy because that is the embryo we have left. A boy,' she told the website.

And to confirm they were still in the planning stage, she said: 'And no, I am not pregnant.'

Big plans: The accident comes as Chrissy and John prepared to take their daughter, Luna, out on the road for John's Darkness and Light tour - which starts in May
