Man behaving badly! Actor Martin Clunes is confronted by a shopper after parking his car in a motorcycle only bay (but why is he putting his shopping in one item at a time?)

Men Behaving Badly actor Martin Clunes was confronted by a shopper after parking in a motorcycle only bay.

The star was filmed by Sam Fran who posted the footage on Facebook.

Curiously Mr Clunes is seen placing items into the boot of his car one by one instead of bagging his groceries.

'Bumped into Martin Clunes today,' Mr Fran said on the social media site along with posting the video.

'He is a complete c***. I was literally lost for words at how uncaring and pathetic he really is.'

The footage shows Mr Fran approaching Mr Clunes.

He said: 'This is a motorcycle space.'

Mr Clunes replied: 'Oh I know. There was no where else to park when I got here.

Mr Clunes said: 'It's hardly the same as a disabled space is it?'
'This is a motorcycle space,' Clunes is told

Mr Clunes said: 'It's hardly the same as a disabled space is it?'

'I don't care.' 

Mr Fran said: 'You don't care? It's the same as a disabled space. You're not allowed to park here.'

Mr Clunes replied: 'It's hardly the same as a disabled space is it?' to which Mr Fran said: 'You're not allowed to park here.'

'What are you going to do?' said the actor.

Mr Fran said: 'I thought you were nice, man. I've heard nothing but good things about you.
'No one else does this. I've never seen anyone else park in this space ever.'

He continues to put his shopping in his boot one by one.

'It's not nasty it's just a real c*** move.

'No one else does this. I've never seen anyone else park in this space ever.'

The hilariously the exchange is interrupted by an older lady who steps in to ask the actor: 'Hello. You haven't got any DVDs out of the last series have you?'
When contacted by MailOnline Martin Clunes declined to comment.

Mr Clunes said: 'Okay. You're young, you'll see stuff.'

But not content with that reply Mr Fran continued: 'I thought you were meant to be an upstanding member of the community.'

The hilariously the exchange is interrupted by an older lady who steps in to ask the actor: 'Hello. You haven't got any DVDs out of the last series have you?'

He calmly tells her: 'We will have yeah' before getting into his car and driving off while giving Sam a thumbs up.

The video was met with hundreds of comments on Facebook.

When contacted by MailOnline Martin Clunes declined to comment.
