Tara Palmer Tomkinson has been found dead at her London home following a battle with a brain tumour. Workmen in her building said they had not seen her since a 'loud bang' came from her flat. A massive genome-wide study in the United States has revealed a 'historical portrait' of post-colonial population patterns across the country. In the study, researchers identified 'clusters' - or genetic communities - using data from more than 770,000 people born or currently living in the US. The study highlights the ancestral origins and migration patterns for specific groups to reveal the many different genetic communities Americans belong to. The map above shows the distribution of ancestral birth locations associated with these clusters.

Madonna has confirmed the adoption of twin sisters from Malawi with a picture on Instagram. Madonna's new twin daughters are 'very happy' and 'very excited' as they prepare to board a private jet to their new life in America, their government guardian has revealed. Malawian orphans Stella and Esther, four, pictured above, walked hand in hand with the 58-year-old star out of court yesterday after a judge yesterday approved her application to become their mother. Court appointed guardian Dominic Misomali told MailOnline: 'You could see the love she had for them in her face and she was already a mother to them. The girls are very happy and very excited about what is happening to them.' Madonna had been trying to adopt the girls for two years and made previous visits to the nation to visit them.

Ivanka Trump's beleaguered fashion brand has taken another kicking after the bosses of TJ Maxx and Marshalls demanded stores throw out her advertisements and take down her special displays. Last week workers at the chains - which are both owned by TJX Companies - were told that her products would no longer hold pride of place in the stores (the picture on the right dates from December, before the memo was sent and was posted by a #GrabYourWallet supporter). 'Effective immediately, please remove all Ivanka Trump merchandise from features and mix into [other products on the racks],' the note, leaked to The New York Times, read. 'All Ivanka Trump signs should be discarded.' It's yet another blow for the socialite's business, which has already been dropped entirely by a string of retailers, including luxury chains Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, as a major anti-Trump boycott continues.

A video has captured the moment that two flight passengers claiming to be lawyers got into a vicious row over an arm rest. Footage taken by another flier shows the man and woman shouting at each other as the flight crew desperate tries to calm them down. Many of the other passengers on the plane, believed to be a Monarch Airways flight from the UK to Malaga in Spain, can he heard laughing as the pair's feud escalates. The video starts mid-way through the row, as an air steward tries to get the man to move seats. As the row escalates and voices get louder, other fliers can be heard shushing the pair. The woman then claims that she is a lawyer and 'knows' her rights, leading the other man to scream: 'I'm a lawyer too, you stupid woman.' At the end of the video, recorded on New Year's Eve, an air hostess asks if the pair are travelling together, causing the rest of the passengers to burst out in laughter and clapping.

Vogue magazine has been accused of digitally altering the new cover featuring supermodels Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Ashley Graham. The March issue claims to celebrate beauty of 'all types' and also features fellow models Adwoa Aboah, Liu Wen, Vittoria Ceretti, and Imaan Hammam . But social media users claimed Gigi's hand, which is placed near Ashley's waist, looks unusually long.

She was also seen by nurses, a physiotherapist, paramedics and hospital doctors but was repeatedly sent away with painkillers for a twisted spine. The former charity project manager who ran her own crafting business, described on the video (main) how she had asked a locum GP for an X-ray to get to the root of her back pain, but was dismissed with an explanation that 'X-rays don't show everything'. The bed-bound patient added: 'The doctors have failed me, the NHS has failed me.'

NEW A man was stunned when he poured his son a bowl of cereal and found a giant Bran Flake stuck in the box. Steven Marriott, 44, from Nottingham was shocked to find the 14cm by 10cm mega-flake among the cereal and decided not to eat it. Steven, who lives in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire said: 'I opened a new box and tipped it up and nothing was pouring out because of this massive bran flake. It's definitely bran flake material but I didn't fancy eating it'. Steven, who bought the £2.89 box of Bran Flakes from Waitrose, said he posted a picture of the giant flake on Twitter. The IT manager, who lives with his wife Clare, 43, and their three children Ethan, 15, Elana, 13, and Oscar, added: 'I thought it was interesting so I sent Kellogg's a picture of it to show them.

A mystery creature with features similar to a tree kangaroo and a cat has got social media talking after it was captured on night vision camera north Sydney. The animal has stumped people posting on social media who are yet to decide what it could be.

Three Malayan tiger cubs (left) were born on Friday at the Cincinnati Zoo. The adorable cubs are currently being cared for by staff in the zoo's nursery after their mother rejected them at birth. First-time mother Cinta's maternal instincts 'didn't kick in', according to the zoo's website. Now, nursery staffers are keeping the cubs warm (bottom right) and feeding them (top right) so the their body temperatures won't get too low without their mother's warmth. Zoo officials said it's not 'uncommon' for first-time tiger moms to reject their young and sometimes the mothers can be aggressive and even harm or kill their young. The cubs will be moved to Cat Canyon when they're weaned and no longer require constant care. Visitors should be able to see them in their outdoor habitat in early spring. There are fewer than 500 Malayan tigers left in the world. Major reasons for population decline include habitat destruction, fragmentation and poaching. Cincinnati Zoo is committed to ensuring the survival of endangered tigers.
