Good night, Cressida? Prince Harry's ex wraps up in a chic black coat as she leaves a pre-BAFTA party (and she looks a little worse for wear)

  • Cressida Bonas, 27, attended a pre-BAFTA cocktail reception on Wednesday
  • She looked in good spirits as she teetered towards her car at the end of the night
  • The rising star wore a chic black coat over her monochrome look to go home

Teetering towards her car, Cressida Bonas looked like she had enjoyed the celebrations as she headed home from an A-list bash on Wednesday night.

Prince Harry's ex-girlfriend, who turns 28 later this month, smiled and chatted as she left the pre-BAFTA dinner and cocktail reception at Mayfair's Bourdon House.

The actress and model turned heads when she arrived in a monochrome outfit of buttoned-up shirt and breeches, but threw a chic coat over the outfit before leaving.

Earlier in the night she channelled a striking androgynous look as she arrived at the glittering event, hosted by Dunhill and Dylan Jones, celebrating Gentlemen in Film.

Cressida wore her blonde tresses in loose waves, adding an edgy touch to her outfit with a pair of towering stilettos worn over thick black socks.

She joined stars including James Nesbitt, Toby Jones and Aidan Turner at the star-studded event.

The Mulberry model, who dated Harry on and off between 2012 and 2014, was no doubt enjoying a night off from filming commitments with two feature-length films coming out this year; supernatural horror The Bye Bye Man, and period drama Tulip Fever.

The rising star will join a stellar cast including Alicia Vikander, Judi Dench and Cara Delevigne.

The Leeds University graduate, who is thought to have been introduced to Prince Harry by their mutual friend Princess Eugenie, enjoyed one of her first major TV roles in ITV period drama Dr Thorne last year.

In 2014, she starred in Vanity Fair's International Best-Dressed List, and was shot modelling a plunging Burberry gown by acclaimed fashion photographer Mario Testino.

Her grandfather, Edward Curzon, was the 6th Earl Howe, godson of King Edward VII, a World War II naval officer and later a conservative politician.
