  • He hit up the Shrine nightclub alongside Rick Ross after the New England Patriots parade to celebrate their Super Bowl victory
  • A shirtless Gronkowski was drinking beers two at a time by the end of the parade
  • After the parade he headed to Providence for a victory celebration where he almost dropped one of the Lombardi trophies
  • While there he also asked the crowd what they thought of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell before yelling out: 'BOOOOOOOOOO'
  • Gronk reportedly tried to keep the party going for an extra hour when things shut down at 1am, saying he was on Houston time
  • He also offered to pay any fine that might come from keeping the club open an extra hour, but had no luck

Rob Gronkowski may have been relegated to the sidelines on Sunday night when the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl, but he proved to be the team's most active player come Tuesday during the team's celebratory parade.

The 27-year-old tight end showed no signs of pain despite his recent surgery for a herniated disc as he chugged beers and embraced fans while rolling through Boston on a duck boat Tuesday afternoon.

And Gronk's celebration did not end there, as he then hopped down to Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Connecticut for a night of dancing and DJ'ing alongside Rick Ross at Shrine nightclub.

In one video, posted on Instagram by a fellow clubgoer named Liz, an animated Gronk can be seen both rapping and gyrating in the DJ booth in a pair of sunglasses and a red Patriots tank top.

A source tells DailyMail.com that Gronk tried to keep the party going for an extra hour when things shut down at 1am, telling the crowd he was on Houston time.

In the end though he had no luck, despite stating that he would gladly pay any fine for an extra hour of partying.

Gronkowski has been a fan favorite ever since he joined the Patriots back in 2010, and he did not disappoint on Tuesday.

After starting off the morning in a grey sweatshirt, Gronkowski was shirtless by the end of the parade and chugging beers two at a time on his duck boat.

It was a special day as in addition to winning his second Super Bowl ring on Sunday he also got to watch as his brother Glenn, a member of the Patriots practice squad, won his first ring with the team.

Foxwoods meanwhile has been a popular party destination for Gronkowski ever since he came to New England.

In 2014 he also showcased his fly dance moves during a trip to thew Connecticut casino while attending a Jennifer Lopez concert.

His favorite J Lo song it seems is the classic 'Jenny from the Block.'

In between the parade and his trip to Foxwoods though, Gronkowski made a quick pit stop in Providence, Rhode Island.

Gronk put on quite a show at that stop, asking fans at the Providence Civic Center what they thought of Roger Goodell and then answering before they had a chance to respond by screaming into the microphone: 'BOOOOOOOOOOOO!'

He also managed to almost drop one of the Vince Lombardi trophies when he tried to hold all five at once.

Groink later told the crowd: 'We gave Matt Ryan a present, and his name is Trey Flowers baby!'

Flowers was responsible for sacking Ryan late in the fourth quarter on Sunday, a play that moved the Atlanta Falcons out of field goal range.

Then it was off to Foxwoods where a number of Instagram users posted video of Gronk getting down in the DJ booth.
