'Everything goes to my butt': Nina Agdal reveals where she gains weight the most as she poses topless for Health magazine

Nina Agdal bares all on the cover of the new issue of Health magazine.

The 5ft 9in blonde beauty, who's currently dating Leonardo DiCaprio, talks about her fitness routine and what keeps her motivated, as she puts her toned physique on display.

In her interview for the March issue, the Sports Illustrated model revealed that she was encouraged at an early age to keep fit.

She explained: 'I grew up very active, and my parents made me try every single sport there was. I would pick some of them up, but with others, I'd be like, "I hate it." So they'd say, "OK, let's try something else." she explained.

While her workout of choice is yoga for toning, Nina revealed she has never warmed to going for a simple jog.

'I wish I loved to run, because I'd love to run through Central Park or on vacation on the beach, but I absolutely hate it. I do it for five minutes and I'm like, "Ugh, why am I doing this?"' she said.

The Danish beauty also revealed that just the feeling she gets after working out is enough to keep her motivated.

'I always feel better after a workout. I have more energy, and mentally I'm in a better place.'

But feeling good is about more than just exercising as Nina explained that she places a lot of importance on her friends.

'I surround myself with positive, happy people. And I always try to balance things that I have to do with things that I want to do.'

Nina also confessed which part of her body changes the most when she isn't careful with her workouts.

'God, my butt. My friends always joke around because whenever I turn around, I'll bump into stuff because I forget that it's there. In stores, I'll knock over glasses or candles or whatever. Everything goes there or on my face. But definitely down there.'

Lace into an Agent Provocateur bikini like Nina

She's dating one of the most sought after bachelors, Leonardo DiCaprio, and she's featured in the latest Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, so Nina Agdal has a lot to smile about.

The blonde beauty is known for her fit figure so it's by no far stretch of the imagination that she landed the cover of Health magazine. Nina wore skimpy swimwear by L*Space, Chromat and Depsi during her photo shoot but our favorite look was this lace-up bikini by Agent Provocateur.

The structured white top had a strategically placed cutout that revealed a good amount of cleavage. But the contrasting black lace-up motif adds a bit more modesty to the look.

Nina's top is on sale at Net-A-Porter for $90 so click the link opposite to nab it now then get the matching bottoms in the carousel below. And while you're there, keep scrolling through for more options starting at just $76.

Meanwhile, Nina's pet peeve, she explained, is 'when people talk too much about themselves or turn something I say into something about them, instead of just listening.'

If there was a movie about her life Nina said she would pick SNL alum Kristen Wiig to play her.

'I’ve never met her, but I love her.' she said of the Bridesmaids star.

The new issue of Health magazine is out on newsstands February 10.
