After the Dance is a play by Terence Rattigan which premièred at the St James's Theatre, London, on 21 June 1939. It was not one of Rattigan's more successful plays, closing after only sixty performances, a failure that led to its exclusion from his first volume of Collected Plays. Critics have tended to attribute this relative contemporary failure to the play's darkness which may have reminded audiences of the approaching European war.
However, the 2010 revival of the play was a commercial and critical success with The Guardian's theatre critic Michael Billington stating that Thea Sharrock's production starring Benedict Cumberbatch confirmed that Rattigan is one of the "supreme dramatists of the 20th century".
David and Joan Scott-Fowler were 'bright young things' of the 1920s, whose ambition is to treat everything as trivia and to live lives of pure sensation. They always maintained that they married for amusement and not for love. However, Helen Banner, a serious young woman, has fallen in love with David and is determined to change his lifestyle, free him from Joan, stop him from drinking and re-awaken the serious historian in him. Unfortunately, Joan does indeed love David very deeply and is trapped by her posture of carelessness. At a party they are holding, Joan is bruised by the clash between private agony and public joy and she kills herself. The characters are shattered by the revelation and even though David and Helen plan to get away from this life, the play ends with a clear sign that David will continue as he did.

Gamal "LunchMoney" Lewis (born January 11, 1988) is an American hip hop recording artist. He is best known for his 2015 single "Bills", which topped the charts in Australia and peaked within the top ten of the charts in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Lewis was born in Miami, Florida. His father, Ian Lewis, and uncle, Roger Lewis, are both members of the reggae group Inner Circle and have a recording studio, Circle House, in which artists including Flo Rida and Lil Wayne have recorded. While a teenager, Lewis was given the nickname "LunchMoney" and his start in songwriting by hip hop producer Salaam Remi.
Lewis began working with Dr. Luke as a producer and first broke into wide recognition as a rapper after appearing on the song "Trini Dem Girls" from Nicki Minaj's 2014 album The Pinkprint. He also co-wrote Jessie J's single "Burnin' Up" from her album Sweet Talker, and Fifth Harmony's single "Bo$$" from the album Reflection. In 2015, he released his debut single as a solo artist, "Bills", which peaked at 79 on the Billboard Hot 100 and peaked at number one on the ARIA Charts.
The display resolution or display modes of a digital television, computer monitor or display device is the number of distinct pixels in each dimension that can be displayed. It can be an ambiguous term especially as the displayed resolution is controlled by different factors in cathode ray tube (CRT) displays, flat-panel displays (including liquid-crystal displays) and projection displays using fixed picture-element (pixel) arrays.
It is usually quoted as width × height, with the units in pixels: for example, "1024 × 768" means the width is 1024 pixels and the height is 768 pixels. This example would normally be spoken as "ten twenty-four by seven sixty-eight" or "ten twenty-four by seven six eight".
One use of the term "display resolution" applies to fixed-pixel-array displays such as plasma display panels (PDP), liquid-crystal displays (LCD), Digital Light Processing (DLP) projectors, AMOLED displays, quantum dot displays, MicroLED displays and similar technologies, and is simply the physical number of columns and rows of pixels creating the display (e.g. 1920 × 1080). A consequence of having a fixed-grid display is that, for multi-format video inputs, all displays need a "scaling engine" (a digital video processor that includes a memory array) to match the incoming picture format to the display.
Dirty Dancing is a 1987 American romantic drama film. Written by Eleanor Bergstein and directed by Emile Ardolino, the film stars Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey in the lead roles, as well as Cynthia Rhodes and Jerry Orbach.
Originally a low-budget film by a new studio, Great American Films Limited Partnership, and with no major stars (except Broadway legend Orbach in a supporting role), Dirty Dancing became a massive box office hit. As of 2009, it has earned over $214 million worldwide. It was the first film to sell more than a million copies on home video, and the Dirty Dancing soundtrack created by Jimmy Ienner generated two multi-platinum albums and multiple singles, including "(I've Had) The Time of My Life", which won both the Golden Globe and Academy Award for Best Original Song, and a Grammy Award for best duet. The film's popularity led to a 2004 prequel, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, as well as a stage version which has had sellout performances in Australia, Europe, and North America.

I've been using a program called Cyberlink Powerdirector 12 up to now for my videos and after having issues with it (such as it can't even handle 1 hour of video) I've gone ahead and did some research. Apparently Windows Movie Maker can handle 10 hour videos so I've gone ahead and took the liberty of trying it out. As you can see from this video, it works! Apparently I am hardcore enough for 10 hours. Damn. Anyway, I've been a fan of DasBoSchitt for a long time now and with his recent release of one of his funniest pieces of work yet, as well as some requests, I've gone ahead and taken it upon myself to create and wait for long processing times to bring Bill in all of his ten-hour glory. Enjoy. This video of where this clip came from is here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TqWC2fbG5I ...
Bill and Tom buy a former dance hall in Springfield, Illinois and, after much renovation, reopen it as a club for live rock 'n roll. The customers in 1974 love the historic place, but the staffers feel differently. Music seems to emanate from nowhere and chilling blasts of air frighten the owners and workers after hours. One bartender has direct contact with a threatening spirit that informs her that one of the owners is soon going to die. Through old photographs, she identifies him as a troubled former bartender who had committed suicide on the premises. This is the first episode of the regular series.
Get ready to staaart dancing! The Bafta award-winning Strictly Come Dancing Live shows begin as Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman present the first episode of this weekend's dancing double bill. Three weeks ago Mission Fabulous touched down and 15 celebrities stepped onto the red carpet. Tonight, after practicing their routines with their partners, six couples will dance in the Strictly ballroom for the very first time hoping to make a lasting impact on our famous four judges: Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood. The judges will score each couple, but there will be no farewells this week as the scores will be carried over to next weekend when viewers will get the chance to vote for their favourites. The remaining nine couples will be dancing tomorrow evening....
Reefer Madness (1936) [Enhanced] - Public Domain Universe - Louis J. Gasnier This unabashed propaganda film most popularly known as Reefer Madness, but originally known by the title Tell Your Children, a dead giveaway, has become a cult classic of comically bad cinema due to its dated, alarmist views on the dangers of "marijuana addiction" and the exaggerated symptoms thereof. After the onscreen prologue that declares "Something must be done to wipe out this ghastly menace," Reefer Madness launches into a case study of clean-cut WASP couple Bill (Kenneth Craig) and Mary (Dorothy Short), high schoolers who play tennis and drink tea on the back porch. Their friend Jimmy (Warren McCollum) introduces them to a pot dealer named Jack (Carleton Young), who invites Bill up to his den of inequity, ...
A comedy based on NBC's "People Are Funny" radio (and later television) program with Art Linkletter with a fictional story of how the program came to be on a national network from its humble beginning at a Nevada radio station. Jack Haley is a producer with only half-rights to the program while Ozzie Nelson and Helen Walker are the radio writers and supply the romance. Rudy Vallee, always able to burlesque himself intentional and, quite often, unintentional, is the owner of the sought-after sponsoring company. Frances Langford, as herself, sings "I'm in the Mood for Love" while the Vagabonds quartet (billed 12th and last) chimes in on "Angeline" and "The Old Square Dance is Back Again." Dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
Dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
(I want you, ooh)
Dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
Dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
I want you and you want me
So why can't we get together after the dance
All right, ooh
(Looking girl, saw you smile)
When I first saw you
(Looking good on Soul Train)
You were looking so, so good
(Oh, I was looking, too)
Oh, I was looking at you
(Sweet and so fine)
Sweet and so fine
(Freak that she was)
What a freak thing
(Tantalizing)
And I thought to myself
(Ooh, on the floor)
She was so into her space
(She started to dance, would she)
So caught up in the time and the place
And I wondered would she want me
(Ah, wonder if she, she'd go for me)
If she knows what she needs is me
I want you and you want me
So why can't we get together after the dance
Oh, yeah
(Talk while we play records, girl)
We could play so, so sweet
(Look so fine, move closer to me)
Come on over baby, move closer to me
(Your brown eyes, love for a while)
I love your smile, stay a while
(Oh, baby I just got flashes)
I feel something
(That you're wanting me)
Something in me
Oh, nobody else, girl
They'll be talking all night
(Can we leave sweet love baby?)
Why did the morning come so soon
Love don't need time
(Girl)
To make up it's mind
(Satisfy)
That's how I feel
(All the love inside of me baby)
How could you, baby
(What you gonna do?)
I want you and you want me
So why can't we get together after the dance
Oh dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
Dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
Dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
Dance with me, come on, dance with me baby
I want you and you want me
So why can't we get together after the dance
I want you and you want me
So why can't we get together after the dance
I want you and you want me
So why can't we get together after the dance
I want you and you want me
