Fire fighters working to extinguish a grass fire at Dunlop expect to bring the blaze quickly under control.
ACT Rural Fire Service and ACT Fire and Rescue crews have arrived at the fire burning near Ginninderra Drive and Kerrigan Street after being alerted at 5pm.
Crews are controlling the blaze, about 50m by 200m in size, and the ACT's Emergency Services Agency has advised there is little to no risk to life and property.
