A security guard was knocked over by a reversing truck during an anti-fracking protest at a site near Little Plumpton, Lancashire
Police said the man who was hit by the truck was not injured in the incident.
Councillor Miranda Cox, from Kirkham, Preston, who filmed the incident, said she was 'disgusted' the incident was not taken seriously at the time.
She told the Blackpool Gazette: 'We are extremely worried about plans to frack the site.
'We have sought confirmation that the site will be monitored and safety measures will be effective.'
The incident comes as two suppliers announced that they would no longer be working with Cuadrilla following protests at their depots.
Fracking company Cuadrilla said a security guard had to remove a protester standing behind the truck to stop her from being injured.

This appears to refer to the woman wearing a green jacket in the footage.
Francis Egan, CEO of Cuadrilla said: 'The irresponsible behaviour by protestors has resulted in their own and others health and safety being put at high risk.
'The police and our security team responded quickly to ensure that no serious harm came to anyone. We respect the right to peaceful protest however what we are witnessing is far removed from that.'
Police also confirmed they are investigating alleged threats made against workers at the Little Plumpton fracking site.
Communities Secretary Sajid Javid gave the go-head for the scheme to drill up to four wells and frack for shale gas at Preston New Road site last October.

Police confirmed they attended the incident. The member of security staff was not injured during the incident
The government decision provoked an angry reaction from environmentalists and local campaigners, as permission had originally been turned down by Lancashire County Council.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: 'We are aware people have raised concerns regarding an incident at the fracking site on Preston New Road on Friday.
'The incident involved a vehicle being operated on behalf of Cuadrilla which was involved in a collision with a member of security staff while reversing into the compound.
'Officers from Lancashire Road Policing Unit attended and we can confirm the driver, a 49-year-old man from Manchester, has been reported for summons for careless and inconsiderate driving and will be dealt with through the normal procedures.'
'The member of security staff was not injured during the incident.'
In relation to the investigation into alleged threats, the spokesman said: 'We will not tolerate any threats or intimidation towards any person who is going about their lawful business.'
