They are the inseparable couple that appear to do everything together.

And once again Kyly and Michael Clarke were by each other's side during a boxing session on Tuesday.

The former international cricketer put his wife through her paces throughout the gruelling workout.

Michael posted a video of Kyly's hardcore workout on his Instagram page, writing in the caption alongside it: 'Afternoon session with @kylyclarke. You wouldn't want to mess with her!'

Wearing a pair of tiny shorts and a tank top, the mother-of-one showed off her incredibly fit figure.

Makeup free, Kyly wore her brunette locks up in a casual bun during the sweaty session.

Meanwhile, the couple have just recently appeared in a smoldering campaign ahead of Valentine's day.

To promote her new range of Lyfestyled massage candles, WAG Kyly decided to heat up the photo shoot by stripping down to lacy black lingerie.

The sensual shoot was photographed by Marty Lochmann with hair and makeup by Norman Gonzale.

Kyly, who styled the shoot herself, completed her look with a pair of statement stud earrings, while letting her brunette mane blew behind her with the help of a wind machine.

Meanwhile, Michael is seen posing in head-to-toe Hugo Boss, with his arms wrapped around Kyly's waist as she seductively removes his bow-tie.

It comes after the couple revealed the secret behind maintaining a happy marriage is having plenty of 'adult time'.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph in an interview published on Sunday, Kyly spoke about the importance of finding time to be intimate.

The Instagram babe told the publication: 'Having your own adult time together is super important.

'Michael, being a previous athlete, always needed massages and my having a beauty therapy background and having studied massage, he pretty much hits me up as often as he can.'

After marrying in a secret Blue Mountains ceremony in May 2012, the couple welcomed their first child into the world three years later.

The arrival of Kelsey Lee changed the lives of the former international cricketer and his entrepreneur wife, who highlighted the importance of reestablishing your relationship in the aftermath of having a child.

She said: 'It's important to get back to the couple you were before you had a child because that is the person you fell in love with. That's when the laughter comes, and the teasing and the flirting come back.'

The couple had attended Westfield Sports High School together during their younger years, but Michael has since insisted that his future spouse had no idea who he was.

Years later, the pair connected again over Twitter when Kyly made the first move following Michael's controversial split from ex-fiancée Lara Bingle.

The 35-year-old was playing in West Indies at the World Twenty20 when she got in contact, but the pair caught up when he returned home.

In his autobiography, My Story, Michael also recounted how he spotted Kyly in a bar and sent his mate over to get her number for him.

Kyly refused, urging the sportsman to do it himself - although he couldn't muster the courage and ended up leaving their future to 'chance', due to his embarrassment.
