Last week we brought you the news that aftermarket BMW tuner Alpina would be bringing a tuned and kitted out version of the new 7-Series to the Geneva Motor Show, and now an undisguised example of the car in question – the Alpina B7 – has been spotted ahead of the big event.

Except for the smaller, more sensible wheels, the production B7 looks more-or-less identical to the sketch revealed previously.

Unfortunately there’s still no word on what we should expect power-wise, so we’ll have to make do with the photos for now. Stay tuned for more information as the Geneva Motor Show draws closer.
