His quest for the 'perfect face' along with his fifty cosmetic procedures have landed him the name 'The Human Ken Doll'.

And Rodrigo Alves, who recently denied he was addicted to plastic surgery, proved just why he had earned his nickname a he stepped out in London on Tuesday.

Leaving the chic W Hotel in Leicester Square, the 33-year-old Brazilian-born personality was sure to turn heads in a metallic blazer ensemble and very tight trousers.

With his carefully carved face sporting a generous helping of bronzer, he pouted his plump lips at the cameras as he left the glamorous venue. 

His blonde hair perfectly arranged off his face, Rodrigo looked groomed to the nines.

And almost bursting out of his skin-tight black shirt and two piece metallic blazer, he wore a pair of painfully skinny ripped jeans.

Ensuring there was more than a touch of designer to his ensemble, Rodrigo accessorised with a Hermes belt and silk Versace loafers.

Rodrigo recently appeared on This Morning, denying he is addicted to cosmetic procedures.

'There's no such thing as being addicted to plastic surgery', he told concerned hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes. 'It's constant, it's like getting an MOT on a car.'

But Rodrigo also admitted he will be getting another procedure while away in the US where he is filming his reality show.

He said: 'I'm having a deep co2 Skin resurfacing on sedation with facial plastic surgeon Dr Payman Simoni who will clear all the scars and open pores on my face.

'He will give me the flawless dolly skin that I have always wanted to have and at the same time Dr Simoni will remove this ugly and unwanted cyst.

'On the 26th I'm attending Elton John Oscars Party after the award ceremony and I must look at the best on that day without lumps.

'I also hope that I won’t be so swollen by then. What can I say? It's hard work being beautiful.' 

The aspiring reality star said: 'Most of us try and change ourselves somehow, I took it to a different level. I'm a different person, now my soul matches my body!'

'Plastic surgery made me the person I am today,' he boldly claimed. 'I want to be the best person I can with the help of plastic surgery.'

Quizzed about how he manages to pay for so many expensive procedures, the star insisted he is paying out of his own pocket, using his inheritance. 

'My grandparents left me with property, I am very blessed, and I used to be a flight attendant and now I have two shows on TV, one here and one in the USA. This is how I pay for all this surgery', he explained. 

Rodrigo has spent over £373,000 on fifty procedures.

Just recently he underwent three procedures in one day, adding to his eight nose jobs, face lift, eyelift, fat transfer to the bum and numerous other procedures.

Now, Rodrigo is applying to be an official world record holder as he claims he has had more surgeries than the current title-holder, Cindy Jackson.

According to Guinness World Records, American Cindy, 60, has spent £53,148 on 47 cosmetic procedures since 1988.
