Both her mother and her sister have Twitter accounts but until recently Princess Eugenie of York has remained under the radar.

However, it has recently emerged that the princess has not been able to resist the lure of social media completely as it is revealed that she is the owner of a Pinterest account.

Pinterest allows users to 'pin' or store images, ideas or links to a virtual pin board and Eugenie's gives an eyeopening glimpse into her work and social life. 

The account sees the princess give a never-before-seen glimpse at some of her favourite London hang outs and they are a far cry from Buckingham Palace.

Her top destinations include the V&A which she boasts a family connection writing 'created by Prince Albert my Great-great-great-great Grandfather' to the garden centre she hinted would make a good wedding destination. Here FEMAIL gives a glimpse into the social life of the Queen's granddaughter.
