Her supermodel lifestyle may take her all over the world, but when it comes to beating jet lag the only thing Karlie Kloss needs is a hotel gym.
The 24-year-old stopped by for a chat with Australian models Stephanie Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw in Melbourne to reveal how she stays fit while always on the go.
Karlie admitted to the Keep It Cleaner Girls that if she could have it her way, she would always exercise outdoors.
'My favourite workout is something I can do outside, doing a high intensity workout with friends, ticking all the boxes,' she told them.

But the jetsetting supermodel (pictured here doing yoga in Hawaii on Monday) admitted that if she only has access to a hotel gym, she'll do a cardio workout indoors
But Karlie's fitness routine doesn't stop just because she only has access to a 'boring hotel gym', the Victoria's Secret model revealed.
Instead Karlie hits the cardio machines so that she can break a sweat.
'That's the best way to feel good, and fight jet lag,' she revealed.
Karlie had been touring Australia for a week as she was announced as the face of the David Jones' autumn/winter 2017 campaign.
The supermodel strutted her stuff alongside Australian models Bridget Malcolm, Jessica Gomes and Jesinta Campbell for the department store's collection launch.
The 'honorary Aussie', as Karlie recently dubbed herself, stayed fit down under by snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef and playing with puppies in Byron Bay.

It was there, the supermodel met up with Smith and Henshaw, also revealing her guilty pleasure and favourite Australian chocolate.
'I love dark chocolate,' she told the Keep It Cleaner Girls. 'I actually just indulged in some dark chocolate before I got here.'
After a few mispronunciations, the models realised Karlie was talking about Pana Chocolate.
'It's heaven,' Karlie told them. 'You Aussies know good chocolate.'
It's no surprise Karlie's a fan of Pana, which calls itself 'chocolate for everyone' due to the fact it is vegan and free of gluten, dairy and soy.
She also appeared at the David Jones Autumn/Winter 2017 Collection Launch at St Mary's Cathedral Precinct in Sydney last week
Although Karlie has always loved to bake, the model revealed she decided to give her creations a healthy spin when she moved to New York.
'I enjoy the challenge,' she told Smith and Henshaw. 'It's harder to bake without butter and eggs and sugar.'
The recipes are far different from the ones that taught Karlie how to read when she was a child cooking with her grandmother.
But the model said she loves being healthy and how it can change the way you feel.
'When you feel good, when you feel energised, when you feel present and awake, it makes life better.'
'And,' she adds, 'It makes you better at your workouts too.'
