Get your umbrellas out. Perth will soon cop a heavy amount of rain over the coming days with up to 40 millimetres set to fall on Friday.
Showers and a possible storm has been forecast for Tuesday with up to 10 millimetres of rain predicted.

There will be a slight reprieve on Wednesday. Forecasters say we will see a return to a partly cloudy day and a top of 27 degrees.
But more heavy rain has been forecast for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The forecast for Thursday currently sits at a maximum of just 22 degrees and for 8-20 millimetres of rain.
Heavy falls are also expected on Friday with up to 40 millimetres expected to fall in the Perth rain gauge.
Saturday is not looking much better with between 10-25 millimetres of rain forecast.
Meanwhile the Bureau of Meteorology is closely watching a monsoon trough over waters north of the Pilbara.
The bureau says a weak low may form in the monsoon trough on Monday near the west Kimberley coast.
"The system will slowly develop while moving west or southwest away from the Kimberley during Tuesday," the bureau says.
"There is a moderate risk of this system developing into a tropical cyclone during Wednesday as it moves over open waters north of the Pilbara coast."
Perth has so far experienced a relatively cool start to February. The highest maximum so far this month was 32.6 degrees on February 3.
This time last year the city was sweltering through a boiling hot four day heatwave. Between February 7-10, the maximum in Perth went above 40 degrees on all four days.
