The actress, 22, was glued to her high-tech device as she strolled through the city, showing off her funky fashion sense.

Dakota tied a maroon windbreaker jacket around her waist as she strode ahead with a Charlotte's Web theme tote slung over her shoulder.
Sporting black leggings and white sneakers, the actress could have been fresh out of a workout.
She had her platinum blonde tresses slicked back into a messy little bun, and looked to have gone with no makeup.
Adding a playful touch were Dakota's cherry print socks.

With multiple upcoming films under her belt, Dakota likely has a lot on her plate, so it's no wonder the actress was inseparable from her phone.
Dakota is in the all-star Ocean's Eight cast, which also stars Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett and is due out for release next year.
She also is headed back to the small screen - to star in the upcoming TNT period thriller The Alienist, according to TV Line.
