Arg, 29, was eliminated second in last year's series and Lydia is determined to beat his effort during her stint in this year's competition.

'I'm not just a dipsy Essex girl, deep down I'm hardcore. Watch this space, I'm going to prove everyone wrong.'
And Lydia can now do no worse than her ex after defeating Emma Parker Bowles in the parallel slalom to progress through to next week's show.
The reality star impressed with her skiing ability and avoided the jump - which proved too much for Josie Gibson, who was eliminated after refusing to tackle the obstacle.
History: Arg and Lydia appeared in the very first TOWIE back in 2010 and had an on/off relationship until they split for good in 2016
Arg and Lydia appeared in the very first TOWIE back in 2010 and had an on/off relationship until they split for good in 2016.
It was revealed in the autumn that the pair enjoyed a one off tryst while filming scenes for the reality show in Marbella - something Lydia was quick to express her regret over.
Speaking after their break up in April, Lydia said their 'difficult' relationship had made her a stronger person, adding that she does not see herself getting back with James in the future.

Supportive: Lydia's mum and dad were in Austria to cheer her on
She said: 'For me there is no going back, we have been through a lot over the years. but I reached my limit the evening we broke up.'
Lydia ended things with her long-term boyfriend after he allegedly relapsed into his cocaine habit.
Arg's party lifestyle had been a source of contention over the years, with most of their rows revolving around him keeping secrets from her and slipping back into his bad ways.
