First look at Darren Criss as Music Meister on the set of The Flash-Supergirl musical crossover

Darren Criss' newest role is that of the Music Meister in the upcoming The Flash-Supergirl musical crossover. 

And on Saturday, the 30-year-old actor was spotted on the set in Vancouver, Canada. 

The Glee alum's costume was covered up by a bulky purple coat as he kept warm while waiting to film scenes for the highly anticipated crossover episode.

The crossover episode will reunite Darren with his fellow Glee alums Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist, who play The Flash and Supergirl, respectively.

Neil Patrick Harris previously brought the villainous character to life on the animated series Batman: The Brave And The Bold.

The musical crossover will kick off at the end of Supergirl‘s March 20 episode, and continue onto The Flash‘s March 21 episode. 

The hour-long special is being directed by Dermott Downs and will feature musical performances from the cast.

Darren was spotted on the set hanging out with Keiynan Lonsdale, the actor who plays Kid Flash.

Keiynan was completely outfitted from head to toe in his yellow and red costume which came complete with a face mask. 

Meanwhile, last week Darren shared a candid shot from set with Supergirl herself. 

Supergirl airs on Mondays, while The Flash airs on Tuesdays, both at 8 p.m. ET, on The CW.
