Hillary Clinton Loved Lady Gaga's Halftime Performance Just as Much as You Did

Lady Gaga's epic Super Bowl halftime performance left nearly everyone in shock—including Hillary Clinton. The former Democratic nominee tweeted her reaction after the singer took the stage.
"I'm one of 100 million #SuperBowl fans that just went #Gaga for the Lady, & her message to all of us," she wrote. Her post referenced the singer's unifying message in singing "America the Beautiful" and "This Land Is Your Land" in the beginning of her set.
This isn't the beginning of the singer's friendship with the former Secretary of State. Gaga joined in on the Clinton campaign last fall and even performed at a rally for the candidate in North Carolina.
After the pop star supported her during the presidential race, Clinton returned the favor.
