This large and spacious solid brick home is perfect for one or two families, or mature groups.
Set on extensive private grounds adjoining the Sorrento Golf Course in a quiet leafy cul de sac, 'Welbeck' offers split level accommodation for up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms each with their own ensuite. A rumpus room downstairs with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom offers more space and flexibility.

Welbeck has been renovated with Royal Oak floors and new carpet throughout, and a modern kitchen with quality appliances. The meals area adjacent to the kitchen has a setting for 8 with extra chairs at the central kitchen bench.
The formal lounge area boasts soaring high ceilings, a built in open fire, air conditioning, 51 inch flat screen TV with DVD, & Bose stereo.
The formal dining seats up to 12 with views of the tennis court beyond the decking area. There are many unique features and furniture such as Frank Gehry feature lighting, Zuster dining setting and Hans Wagner design seating.
Each of the bedrooms offer their own private ensuite. The 4 bedrooms all run off a large light filled hall which also has a convenient powder room. Master bedroom has its own balcony and views of the pool.
Downstairs is a generous sized rumpus room with a table tennis for fun family tournaments. Doubling as a private suite for a couple, with sofa bed powder room and shower, small kitchenette/wet bar, Plasma TV and a Nintendo Wii for the kids. Euro style laundry facilities are cleverly tucked away under the staircase.
The property contains 3 split system air-conditioning systems lounge / dining and bedrooms 1 and 4.
Wireless broadband Internet is available for guest use, and an Apple TV is provided for movie rentals using your own iTunes account.
Foxtel is available in both the lounge and master bedroom.

Outdoor fun
The in-ground swimming pool is both solar and gas heated gas heating is an additional charge in the colder months.
The pool is surrounded by miles of Merbau decking and is fenced to give parents peace of mind with little ones, and overlooks the 17th Green of the Sorrento Golf course. Outdoor entertaining is a breeze with Gas BBQ on the expansive deck.
A full size mod grass tennis court with practice wall is surrounded by huge established trees.
The front lawn includes a large spring free trampoline kids only and use at your own risk.
There is also a Pirate Fort for the kids at the rear of the property.
Pt King Beach is only a 400m walk away. A private boat mooring is available on request an extra charge and subject to availability.
