Watch out Geoff! Gabi Grecko is heading back to Australia for 'creative projects' ... after vowing to stop MOST of her 'half naked video' posts

Gabi Grecko told her fans at the end of last year that she was nixing the nude pictures and creating more 'art' in 2017. 

Now the former partner of 73-year-old Melbourne businessman Geoffrey Edelsten has announced she's heading back to Australia on a creative journey. 

The 27-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday to announce that she was 'burying herself in some creative projects' then returning down under.

Gabi, who now lives in New York, posted an image of a digital notepad on which was written, 'Burying myself in some creative projects for some reflection, be back soon'. 

She continued, 'I will be attending some Australian events this year, so excited!' and added her signature in orange ink. 

Last last year, the model announced that she was no longer posting nudes on Instagram and would focus on art projects.

She shared a video of herself performing a raunchy dance beneath rainbow strobe lights and wrote in the caption: 'I tried something new here with the strobe lights.

'So one goal in 2017 is to post more Art content, fashion and Creative projects (blah, blah blah...so predictable.. but hey) and LESS half naked videos.

'Unless it's a creative half naked video or I think it'll give people a good laugh. So anyways here's to less predictable, less vapid content and more surprises!'

It's unknown what creative projects await Gabi back in Australia, or if she will be checking on on her ex hubby, with whom she had an acrimonious split. 

However last year Gabi told her fans she was creating an explicit film she described as, a 'four-part sexual art piece, it has sex mixed with messages about philosophical subjects.'

She also confessed that she hoped her foray into adult entertainment will encourage Geoffrey to hurry up their divorce.

'I am hoping after he sees my video he will send me the papers for a divorce,' she said. 

The former prostitute was embroiled in a scandal last year when it was revealed she had been paid to accompany two NYPD officers at the center of a corruption probe on a lavish alcohol and sex romp to Las Vegas in 2013.

Gabi Grecko said she was paid to join Deputy Inspector James Grant and since-fired Detective Michael Milici on a private jet to Sin City and performed sexual favours.
