Katie Holmes embraced the warm California weather in Calabasas on Saturday.

The 38-year-old was spotted walking down the streets browsing some fashion lines where she looked pretty fashionable, herself.

The actress wore a black and white plaid top that made her look casually stylish.

The top hung loose on Katie as she was strolling down the sidewalk.

She added on a pair of tight black jeans that exuded her slender figure. With a pair of white sneakers, the actress put on some sunglasses to keep the sun out of her face.

With her long brown hair flowing down, she pulled out her phone for a chat.

The Batman Begins star appeared to be in positive spirits as she had a little smile on her face during the phone conversation.

She took a moment to run her fingers through her silky hair as she stayed on the sidewalk before making her way onto the next journey.

Katie got deeper into her conversation as she carried keys and a black handbag.

Katie is a mom to her daughter Suri, 10. The child's father is the actress's ex-husband Tom Cruise.

The brunette beauty has a number of projects coming out this year, including the ReelzChannel TV mini-series The Kennedys After Camelot where she will play Jackie Kennedy.

The series is expected to begin airing on April 2.
