MIC's Louise Thompson flaunts her toned body in a tiny bikini as boyfriend Ryan Libbey uses her to hone his ripped physique in yet ANOTHER holiday fitness video

They spent a seemingly endless holiday in Sri Lanka in January.

And it appears the British winter weather may have been making Louise Thompson nostalgic as she took to Instagram to share a throwback video from her action-packed break with boyfriend Ryan Libbey.

The Made In Chelsea star, 26, and her fitness fanatic boyfriend spent much of their vacation making jaw-dropping collages of their unique workout routines.

During the holiday, the pair collectively uploaded 108 videos/pictures from their trip, mostly featuring one or both of them in a posy stance against the backdrop of mountains or the tropics.

And the latest addition was no different, featuring Ryan using Louise as his weight in an array of unusual workout moves. 

Hoisting the petite brunette up with one arm, ripped Ryan managed to do squats and push-ups with her, as she squatted on his shoulders.

Flaunting her gym-honed physique in a skimpy bikini, Louise and Ryan- who showed off his rippling six pack in a pair of pale blue swimming trunks, make quite the fit couple.

Referring to brother Sam's Thomson hilarious imitations of her posts, she captioned the video with: 'Sundays spent planning our next seaside adventure (and editing videos). Can you guess where we will be going? 

'As much as I wish I was back in the Sri Lankan sunshine right now, roast lamb and movies  in @karenthompson4 cinema room with my favs ain't too shabby plus we have these memories that no one will ever be able to take away from us...

'Filming our videos makes us laugh A LOT  and keeps us active whilst being greedy piglets on holiday !! OH and I must mention that I am super duper proud of the boy @Ryan.libbey for launching his new website!!!!!!!! tag us in your attempts at partner exercises, bring on the comedy @samthompsonuk I dare you!'.

Louise began dating personal trainer Ryan Libbey just months after splitting with her American beau Alik Alfus in May.

And Louise Thompson admitted she kept her relationship with Ryan a secret for five months to stop people judging her 'for moving on so quickly.'

Speaking to last week's issue of OK! Magazine, the Made In Chelsea star, opened up about her British hunk.

Admitting that the couple kept their relationship a secret at first, she even revealed that Ryan joined her in the South of France while filming last summer, but stayed in a separate hotel.

She said: ‘The production team found out I had a secret boyfriend while we were over there and were pretty annoyed at me! But they said they’d forgive me if I got Ryan to join the show.’

‘We actually kept our relationship to ourselves for about five months.’

She explained: ‘I didn’t want people judging me for moving on so quickly after Alik. 

'Ryan didn’t even come to my house for the first five months because I didn’t know how my brother Sam would react.’
