Even if it's only for a short time, 'This Is Us' star Sterling K Brown sees the Super Bowl as a time to put politics aside and come together.
'Whether you're red or blue ... everybody shows up to watch the Super Bowl', Brown told The Associated Press on Saturday.
'For three and-a-half or four hours, just enjoy the game'.
As for the St Louis native's pick in Sunday's game, you can consider it as honorable as his character Randall, a successful executive and family man, in the show.

The Emmy-award winner grew up a fan of the St Louis Rams, and before that the Cardinals.
He recalled the Kurt Warner-led Rams and 'the greatest show on turf'.
'The only thing that stopped (the St Louis Rams) from winning two Super Bowls was New England', he said, referring to the Rams' close loss in Super Bowl XXXVI, when the Patriots won 20-17.
'That being said, that was the beginning of (the Bill) Belichick empire. I'm all too happy to see that team defeated', Brown said, ending with, 'I'm rooting for the Falcons'.

Football fans are betting if Lady Gaga will use her half-time performance to air her political views.
During a news conference, the 30-year-old pop star was asked if she would use the Super Bowl stage to try to unify America just weeks following President Donald Trump's inauguration.
'Well, I don’t know if I will succeed in unifying America. You’ll have to ask America when it’s over. But the only statements that I’ll be making during the halftime show are the ones that I’ve been consistently making throughout my career.
'… I believe in a passion for inclusion. I believe in the spirit of equality, and the spirit of this country as one of love and compassion and kindness. So my performance will have both those philosophies', Lady Gaga said.

Last month, Entertainment Tonight sparked rumors that the NFL would try to bar the artist from getting political, a report the organization denied.
'This is unsourced nonsense from people trying to stir up controversy where there is none.
'The Super Bowl is a time when people really come together. Lady Gaga is focused on putting together an amazing show for fans and we love working with her on it; we aren’t going to be distracted by this', said Natalie Ravitz, senior vice president of communication for the NFL.
The NRA, however, hopes the artist will refrain from addressing politics during her half-time performance.
'I think if Lady Gaga comes out there and makes this an anti-Trump tirade, I think that's really the final step of the declaration of war between our pop culture people and the actual citizens', said conservative political commentator Bill Whittle.
