'She's incredible!' Thomas Sadoski gushes about fiance Amanda Seyfried as the pregnant star wraps up on set

Amanda Seyfried and fiancé Thomas Sadoski couldn't be thrilled more to have a baby on the way.

While the 31-year-old actress was busy on the set of her latest film on Friday, Thomas, 40, visited Harry Connick Jr to talk about love and family on the star's daytime talk show.

In the interview, The Newsroom actor gushed about the mother-to-be saying he's: 'more excited to be a father with Amanda as my partner than I've ever been about anything in my entire life.'

The experienced stage actor told Harry that he's most excited about raising the child with his 31-year-old partner:

'I spend a lot of my time looking at this bump that’s growing inside of her and just thinking, like, looking and talking to that child and going, "You have no idea how lucky you are to have a mom like this."'

The 40-year-old talent continued to praise his darling, saying: 'She’s incredible. I couldn’t be more proud of her for who she is as a mom already.'

He added: 'I’m more excited to be a father with Amanda as my partner than I’ve ever been about anything in my entire life.'

Even though he's looking forward to the new adventure with the love of his life, Thomas still has a few worries lingering on his mind, explaining:

'I’m also terrified [about being a dad.] I don’t know what’s coming down the pike. But I’m thrilled and terrified and all of the things I sort of feel like I should be. And I don’t have any clue what’s going to happen and I can’t wait.'

While her The Last Word co-star gushed, Amanda was busy on the set of her film First Reformed, directed by acclaimed writer Paul Schrader.

On the New York set, the Les Miserables actress looked glowingly healthy while sporting a velvety empire waist dress as she flipped up the hood of her jacket to block out a passing rainstorm.

It seems that Thomas and Amanda are head-over-heels for each other and excited for their parenting journey ahead.

The couple first met when they starred in the play The Way We Get By back in 2015 and later reconnected on the set of The Last Word at the beginning of 2016.

The pair announced their engagement last September with baby news emerging shortly after in November. It will be the first child for both.
