One would think she'd be quite busy with her Las Vegas residency.

But apparently Britney Spears still managed to find time to practice a rather gymnastic feat on Thursday night, and then posted the results to Instagram on Friday afternoon.

The 35-year-old pop songstress showed off her athletic prowess in the video, which sees the Toxic singer walking around a carpeted room on her hands.

Perhaps even more impressive was her sculpted physique. 

Her toned midsection was on display thanks to a blue geometric print sports bra, while her sculpted legs were showcased by a pair of tiny Daisy Dukes.

The clip starts with Britney upside down before she pops up smiling.

It also appears that she tied her blonde tresses back into a loose ponytail, and donned a choker-style necklace for her performance.

She walks her way towards a wall and steadies herself, somewhat unfortunately using a hung canvas.

For the entire clip, a vintage French song adds just a bit more whimsy.

In her caption, Britney revealed when she had found enough time to engage in her impromptu upper body workout.

'What do you do in the wee hours of the night?' asked the pop icon, before answering her own question with '...walk on your hands.'

Perhaps Britney just needed to blow off a little steam, as she recently suffered a wardrobe malfunction during one of her Vegas performances. 

In the middle of her set the, 35-year-old Oops!... I Did It Again singer's racy green leotard slipped to one side, exposing her bare breast.
