And on Saturday night, Nicole Kidman stunned at the 69th Directors Guild of America Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The Academy Award-winning actress arrived on the red carpet in a stunning beaded dress and a shiny pair of strappy heels.

Nicole finished off her glamourous look with a sparkly clutch, a simple silver bracelet and statement drop earrings.

She styled her blonde hair in a low ponytail with a side swept fringe as she posed for photographs by the press wall.

Unlike some of her previous public appearances, the 49-year-old was not joined by her husband, country singer Keith Urban.

Inside the event, Nicole was spotted with child actor Sunny Pawar and film director Garth Davis, alongside the DGA President Paris Barclay.

He was up against other first-time directors, including Tim Miller for Deadpool, and Kelly Fremon Craig for The Edge Of Seventeen.

His next project, set for release later this year, is a biopic on the life of Mary Magdalene starring Rooney Mara and Joaquin Phoenix.

Last week, New Idea reported Nicole's husband Keith was 'furious' at her 'intense relationship' with filmmaker Garth.

'Keith's nose is totally out of joint and he feels completely humiliated over Nicole's closeness to Garth,' a source reportedly told the magazine.
