Today's drama follows Bali travel chaos last month when the budget airline was forced to suspend fights to and from Bali when the Indonesian authorities cancelled an agreement with Tigerair.
The airline was forced to ground its planes to and from Bali on January 20 - February 2, due to what it described as 'new arrangements' put in place by the Indonesian government.
Tigerair has warned its customer call centre is experiencing an enormous amount of calls and those affected are better off waiting to receive 'proactive communications'.
