Alfred Matthew "Weird Al" Yankovic (/ˈjæŋkəvɪk/ YANG-kə-vik; born October 23, 1959) is an American singer, songwriter, parodist, record producer, satirist, actor, music video director, film producer, and author. He is known for his humorous songs that make light of popular culture and often parody specific songs by contemporary musical acts, original songs that are style pastiches of the work of other acts, and polka medleys of several popular songs, featuring his favored instrument, the accordion.
Since his first-aired comedy song in 1976, he has sold more than 12 million albums (as of 2007), recorded more than 150 parody and original songs, and has performed more than 1,000 live shows. His works have earned him four Grammy Awards and a further 11 nominations, four gold records, and six platinum records in the United States. Weird Al's first top ten Billboard album (Straight Outta Lynwood) and single ("White & Nerdy") were both released in 2006, nearly three decades into his career. His latest album, Mandatory Fun (2014), became his first number-one album during its debut week.

Intimate interview with Weird Al Yankovic
(Credit: RonzoniRecords.) Profile of Al covering his childhood and adolescence in Lynwood, college, and his first two albums with some rare footage. Has interviews with his parents Nick and Mary (probably some of their last before they passed away 2 years later), his teachers, childhood friends, and others. Talks about how he was always smart beyond his years, took accordion lessons when he was 7, became interested in Dr. Demento and MAD Magazine in his early teens, and his time going to Lynwood High across the street from his house. His first ever parodies were sent into Demento's radio show in the mid 70s. Then covers his time at Cal Poly and the groundbreaking variety radio show he did while on the air there in 1979 and 1980, which was disrupted when a new GM didn't like him and wante...
This is no parody, this is the real deal. “Weird Al” Yankovic graces the garage at The Cat Ranch for a conversation with Marc about his three decades in entertainment and the unique connection he has with audiences, including their ability to lift him up during the most difficult time in his life. Eu devia estar contente
Eu devia estar alegre e satisfeito
Eu devia estar sorrindo e orgulhoso
Por ter finalmente vencido na vida
Mas eu acho isto uma grande piada
E um tanto quanto perigosa
Eu devia estar contente
Por ter conseguido tudo que eu quis
Mas confesso abestalhado
Que eu estou decepcionado
Porque não foi fácil conseguir
E agora eu me pergunto: E daí?
E tenho uma porção de coisas grandes
Prá conquistar, eu não posso ficar aí parado
Eu devia estar feliz pelo Senhor
Ter me concedido o domingo
É você olhar no espelho
Assenta a sombra sonora
Dum disco voador
