Barragga Bay on the south coast of NSW is a long way from Copenhagen, but that's where former Noma chef William Wade has opened Long Time No Sea. Summer reliably unearths a new coastal gem, and Good Food's moles are raving about dishes such as locally caught yellowfin tuna with roasted peach, salted orange plums, pickled cucumber and ginger buttermilk.

The newly opened regional restaurant is venturing into perfect territory for lazy holiday hunters; dishing up a brunch menu. There are even water views over rolling paddocks. Nice.
