After quoting we charge 50% deposit before starting repair work. After the job is finished to the customer satisfaction we charge the remaining amount by either Eftpos or cash.

To provide smash repair service is a great responsibility for Us as a Repairer. Before we can provide a customer with an accurate quote we need to inspect the damaged vehicle by one of our professional technician.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
A customer had a mobile business which depended on her being on the road at all times. After inspecting her vehicle, our technician removed the damaged vehicle bonnet in a way she could still drive the car and do her business usual way. After the part was repaired at the workshop, the technician brought it back to the customer and repaired it to the customer satisfaction at her garage. All at a fraction of her precious time, at a fraction of money other large panel shops would normally charge her, sparing her all the stress she would normally have to go through did she choose another repairer!
