And the two are making a weekend of it, hitting up the parties thrown across Houston to celebrate the big game.

On Friday night they turned the annual Leather And Laces party into a date night, at Hughes Manor in the Texan city.

The 44-year-old star teamed her cleavage-baring pink gown with high heels and dark eye make-up.

But when the New England Patriots take on the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, there's no doubt who she and Donnie will be cheering for.

For while Donnie did not declare his team alliance in his clothing choices on Friday, he is actually a big Pats fan having grown up on Boston.

The 30-year-old singer has been putting the finishes touches to her much-anticipated performance at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, and she has offered fans an insight into what they can expect from the 13-minute show.

She said: 'The only statements that I'll be making during the half-time show are the ones that I have been consistently making during my career. I believe in a passion for inclusion, I believe in the spirit of equality.'

She said: 'Everything's going to be nice and tight for the game, I wouldn't worry about that - unfortunately.'
