Surgery mad: Rodrigo Alves has dismissed claims he's gone too far with extreme procedures, insisting during his appearance on Friday's installment of This Morning that he was free to stop at any time - even though he has no plans to
Before the surgery: As a young man in Brazil, Rodrigo became unhappy with his looks and has since spent over £368,000 in achieving his 'perfect' appearance
'There's no such thing as being addicted to plastic surgery', he told concerned hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes. 'It's constant, it's like getting an MOT on a car.'
Rodrigo said: 'Most of us try and change ourselves somehow, I took it to a different level. I'm a different person, now my soul matches my body!'
'Plastic surgery made me the person I am today,' he boldly claimed. 'I want to be the best person I can with the help of plastic surgery.'
Quizzed about how he manages to fund so many expensive procedures, the star insisted he is paying out of his own pocket, using his inheritance.

'My grandparents left me with property, I am very blessed, and I used to be a flight attendant and now I have two shows on TV, one here and one in the USA. This is how I pay for all this surgery', he explained.
This comes after Rodrigo told MailOnline he has been having a testing time as he recovers from 'the worst surgery of his life.'
He said: 'It's been really hard. If I eat solid food, the stitches could burst open and lead to infection.
'If I eat solid food the stitches will EXPLODE': Rodrigo revealed he has been recovering from 'worst surgery of his life' following his 50th procedure
Painful: He exclusively told MailOnline he has been having a testing time as he recovers from 'the worst surgery of his life ' - pictured after removing the bandages following the op
He said: 'I could not have a hot shower during the 11 days because the steam could result in dilated blood vessels in my face leading to hematoma.
'I can't lift anything or bend and I have had to sleep for 11 days at a 45 degree angle to create good blood flow, which made my butt hurt.'
However, despite all that he has been through, Rodrigo said he is thrilled with the results so it's all been worth it.
He said: 'Now I look 19 years old. There is still some bruising and swelling but it feels tight, like I've had Botox all over. I am very happy with the results.
Tough: Pictured on the day of his face, neck and eye lift, Rodrigo said he questioned whether or not he had done the right thing, but said his doctor has been reassuring him

'48 hours after surgery, my face was huge and I kept asking myself if I did the right thing. But Dr Calin Dobos, who treated me, has seen me everyday.'
Despite feeling rejuvenated facially, Rodrigo says there has been another side effect he hasn't been too thrilled with.
He said: 'For the past few days I have been only having soups and ice cream. I must have gained two stone in weight.
'I can't feel my face': Rodrigo first discussed his 50th plastic surgery operation with MailOnline after having a face, neck and eyelift in one day, just eleven days ago

Rodrigo has spent over £373,000 on procedures.
The Brazilian previously shared a shocking post-operation video with MailOnline on the same day as his operation.
With his face puffy and swollen and unable to speak, Rodrigo says in the clip: 'It's 2am. I've had a cervical facelift all the way down there.
The before: Ahead of his operation, Rodrigo made another video in which he spoke about having his very first facelift, saying he wasn't nervous, he was 'just excited'
'I've had an eye lift, a neck lift. I can't move my face. I can't itch. My skin is very solid and tight and I am looking forward to seeing the results.'
Now, Rodrigo is applying to be an official world record holder as he claims he has had more surgeries than the current title-holder, Cindy Jackson.
According to Guinness World Records, American Cindy, 60, has spent £53,148 on 47 cosmetic procedures since 1988.
During Rodrigo's post-surgery video, he said: 'I've had an eye lift, a neck lift. I can't move my face. I can't itch. My skin is very solid and tight and I am looking forward to seeing the results'
Ahead of his operation, Rodrigo made another video in which he spoke about having his very first facelift.
He said: 'It will be a cut from my temples, all the way around the corners of my face and the doctors are going to pull the skin and all the muscles are going to be tight.
'Also, I'm going to have an eye lift with a little incision just behind my hair. I am not nervous, I am just excited.
'I can't wait to have it over and done. It is the very first time I have had a facelift. Everything else I have had done more than once. Basically, I am a virgin face-lifter.'
The three surgeries in one day come after Rodrigo went under the knife to transfer fat to his buttocks in his 47th surgery, as part of his long-running quest to achieve physical 'perfection'.
Despite previously vowing to never have surgery again, Rodrigo recently revealed he went under the knife once more for an elective bum lift, which saw him put on two stone for a lipo fat transfer.

In exclusive interview with MailOnline, he revealed how he went on a 3000 calorie diet, why he had yet more surgery and why he'll never stop striving for perfection, despite suffering life-threatening necrosis after his body rejected his sixth nose job.
Speaking about his 47th surgery, Rodrigo revealed his reason behind the drastic surgery was to achieve the Brazilian bum he always wanted.
He revealed: 'The gym doesn't work for me at all, I have a hormone dysfunction and my body doesn't build muscle. So if I want to modify my body, I need to go on a very extreme diet and surgically get fat moved from one part of my body to another part.
Out and about: The Brazilian dressed to impress in his finery ahead of his 50th surgery
'In this instance, I've put two stone on and eaten 3,000 calories, so I've been having cakes and over Christmas I was eating a lot.
'I gained a lot of fat quite quickly, the fat went to my back and to my legs, the doctor gave me a high-definition liposuction and that fat was transferred to my bum.'
Having now spent £373,000 in total on cosmetic surgery, Rodrigo explained he spent £8,000 for his latest lipo transfer in Marbella - where he is currently based.
He said: 'I was born in Brazil but I never had the Brazilian bum. The Brazilians are famous for a peachy, perky bum.'
In 2016, Rodrigo was rushed to hospital in Malaga after he noticed a hole in his nose.
Doctors soon discovered he had necrosis, where flesh begins to die because of a lack of blood supply as a side effect of his sixth nose job.
Doctors warned him the infection could eat through his nose and become gangrenous - meaning his nose would have had to be removed.
In July, he underwent a 10-hour reconstruction operation in which cartilage from his wrist was implanted into his nose - and due to the health scare vowed never to go under the knife again.
Although he promised himself he would never have another surgery again, he candidly said he won't ever stop and will be having a full face-lift later this month as well as his ninth rhinoplasty in March to correct the damage done to his nose.
He explained: 'I'm not going to stop. It's a continuous maintenance. Next month, I'll be doing an MOT, there's maintenance that comes along with having all this surgery. If I let myself go, I start losing hair, wrinkles start to come.'
'It's impossible to stop. I had to have a nose job in order to fix a problem that happened. I've had so many surgeries, it's like a domino effect. It's like an MOT, like a car you have to have it serviced every year, it's exactly like that.'
