With beautiful doors that open from bedrooms onto the spacious garden and outdoor lounge, Sunbaker captures the quintessential essence of beach life on the South Coast. It is close enough to hear the waves crashing as you enjoy a drink on the back patio or drift off to sleep
Sunbaker, named for the famous Max Dupain photograph taken on Culburra Beach, is a stylish, recently renovated, dog-friendly beach house just a short stroll to the dog-friendly, patrolled beach. The house features 3 bedrooms and 5 beds that can sleep up to 7 guests and furry friends. An additional 2 guests can be permitted on the sofa bed for short stays.
The property is fully fenced to ensure the safety of little ones and dogs please note that very small dogs should be supervised due to some very small gaps under fences. For very young guests we provide toys inside and out as well as complimentary high chair and portacot.
The house is situated in a quiet street with a rear gate that takes you to the beach in 4 minutes. A short walk or quick drive away you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket to meet your every need. To ensure you get maximum enjoyment out of your stay, we provide a comprehensive Sunbaker Beach House Guide which details everything you need to know about what to do and what to see in the Culburra & Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets”.

FACILITIES IN DETAIL
Living area: fully air conditioned with a good sized couch, magnificent 50" HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, Foxtel IQ and a superb Klipsch speaker with fully loaded iPod or bring your cable and connect your device. There is also a great selection of books, DVDs and board games.
Kitchen: modern kitchen with breakfast bar to enjoy those lazy holiday breakfasts seats 6. Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils, espresso coffee machine and complimentary espresso coffee. You’ll also find a stock of staples in the cupboards, including olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sauces.
Bedroom 1: contains a super comfortable queen bed and built-in wardrobes. Double glass doors open out onto the garden so you can feel the sea breeze. Fan and heater provided. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: contains a comfortable queen bed and double glass doors allowing you to walk out onto the spacious patio and level garden or just lie on the bed and listen to the sea. Fan, heater and clothes rack provided. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: contains a set of bunk beds with additional trundle bed - perfect for the kids. Tallboy storage, fan, heater and kids’ toys provided. Sleeps 3.
Bathroom: comfortable and bright with a good sized shower, bath, hairdryer and plenty of space to store toiletries. Separate toilet to prevent those bathroom queues.
Laundry: everything you need - washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops, brushes, detergents, etc.
Outside: huge covered patio with dining for 8, Weber Family Q BBQ and a delightful outdoor lounge to relax and enjoy a drink whilst listening to the waves crash in the distance. Level backyard. Fully enclosed by fencing. Dog toys and bowls for Fido too
Parking: There is a single carport and space for an additional two cars or boat on the driveway.
