Google Apps is now G Suite. Same service, new name. More about the name change.

Who is my domain administrator?

Your domain administrator is the person in your organization who manages G Suite. You should contact your IT administrator or the person who manages your organization's website to find out exactly who this is.

If you've signed up with G Suite and purchased a domain through our registration partners, you are the domain administrator for your G Suite account.

If you've signed up with G Suite using your own domain host and you need to access your DNS settings for verification or email delivery, you will need to contact your domain host.

If you have forgotten your administrator password and are unable to access your control panel, follow the steps to reset admin password.
