What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
Being from a family in construction work I was taught the trade early and have continued to improve the skills and methods in the trade and keeping up with all the latest products to produce the best results for the customer.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We handle all aspects of concrete and excavation works but enjoy having a challenge with some complex features some customers want.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We always go to site and measure up the job. We generally have a fixed quote but can also do labour only or hourly rate and charge up on the materials.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We have a good buying power and are precise in our preparation so we dont waste on materials and blow the budjet.

Have a clean site. Be precise on what you are after. Have the best possible access for us so before fences go up etc.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Size of the area. Any engineer plans. Site access. Surface Finish required. Location of the job. Soil conditions on site.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we are fully insured with public liability. All the workers have work cover. All the machines are insured and I have income protection.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
How long have they been doing the trade and can they provide satisfactory answeres to their questions. Make sure everything is in writing.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy looking back at the job knowing how it started out to see the final result and having a happy customer.
