Ken provided quality work, feedback and updates which resulted in a room far better than we anticipated. When quoting, Ken took his time and considered all measurements and provided his own opinions on what might result in the best outcome for us. Other quotes took less than 10 minutes, however the results and care taken by Ken were reassuring. We are very happy with the results and will look to Ken to assist with any future renovations.   Ken Monaghan replaced a bearer that supported our front deck and we were very happy with his work. The quality of the materials and his workmanship were excellent. He also provided us with some advice on another issue which was greatly appreciated.

Ken was able to recommend other trades (plumbers, electrical, waterproofing etc) for us to use on the project. He kept us informed about timelines for delivery and communications was pretty good. We found Ken reliable, honest and always willing to support us with our goal to deliver a cost effective, quality house renovation. We would certainly use Ken's services again and would recommend his services to others.

  Ken did work work for my wife and I, he kept to budget was always curtious. He put in extra hours to make sure my house was always lockable, as for the work I could not be more happier

  Ken's work was everything I wanted and so much more. Communication was on a high and always making sure the work was what I wanted. Ken also left his work site immaculate once job was finished unlike most tradies.
