If Instagram is anything to go by, it's been smooth sailing with Beau Ryan and wife Kara since his alleged affair with Hi-5 performer Lauren Brant.

And the only issue for the 31-year-old and his wife on Friday, was who wore it better?

The loved up couple shared an image to Kara's Instagram, that showed them training in very similar outfits.

Long Adidas shorts fell to his knees, as he completed the running ensemble with a hat and shoes of the same brand.

Next to him, his blonde beauty wife looked far more comfortable with the matching situation, striking a peace-sign pose.

Kara wore an identical hat to her hubby, accesorising her very similar grey singlet with a simple gold necklace.

Bottom-down, the beauty went for much tinier shorts, the black material hardly visible beneath her top.

Her lithe legs were on full display in the street-side snap, as she completed her outfit with bright shoes.
