Music producer Timbaland, born Timothy Zachery Mosley, has been accused of screwing over his divorce lawyers to the tune of $440,000 - and now the law firm has slapped him with a lien against his $5 million Florida mansion, DailyMail.com has learned.
Timbaland's soon-to-be ex-wife, Monique Mosley, first filed for divorce in 2013 following 10 years together and five years of marriage. They have a 9-year-old daughter.
Mosley demanded alimony, child support, private school fees, vacation costs and various other expenses.

The $5 million Miama home has seven bedroom and five baths. It is 10,689 square feet.
The house has a tropical pool area and it share a tennis court with next-door-neighbor
The living room with a view to the lush outside also has a fireplace
The rental estimate for the two-story Miami home is $25,000 a month
However, a year after she filed the petition she dismissed it quietly. The reconciliation attempts didn’t work and Monique filed again in June 2015.
Timbaland, 44, blew off the case for months and was even hit with a default judgment. But he quickly made his way to court and had the order vacated.
The case has been pending for over a year and the music producer had the majority of the divorce papers sealed.
According to documents filed earlier this month the music mogul’s lawyers at the firm Carlton Fields hit Timbaland with a charging lien for unpaid invoices totaling over $440,000.
The lawyers explain they were hired by Timbaland to represent him in the divorce in September 2015.
A charging lien is filed when an attorney is owed money and it allows them a right to any judgement won by their client at the resolution of the case.
The firm is slapping the lien against Timbaland’s Florida mansion and any other real property he owns.
According to Zillow, the house is currently for sale for $4,990,000. It has a game room, theatre, room-to-room aquarium and tropical pool area and a shared tennis court with neighbor.

The amount of the lien due to the firm is $440,193.90 through November 2016 for any sums due, owing and unpaid. Work has continued and the amount due to the firm continues to grow with interest
Timbaland retained an expert, Cherry Bekaert, in the matter and agreed to pay him for his services.
Bekaert says the music producer racked up $215,769.50 for its services.
The law firm and expert say they undertook the case and provided legal services including expert witness services where they advanced or incurred costs to complete
The lien allows them to be paid first from any of the real or personal property he is awarded in the divorce.
Their agreement with Timbaland allows them to place the lien on his property and assets and they believe they can collect from any settlement, judgement or payment of amounts due from the litigation whether or not the firm directly is responsible for obtaining it for the producer
