Smith's Battery returns! Park preservationists C. Garcia, B. Knepper, & L. Flickinger, placed the four carriages & cannon tubes of the 4th New York Battery in Devil's Den earlier today. Preservation repairs were made to the carriages during the ongoing Devil's Den rehabilitation.

Has any recent statement about the judiciary aged worse than Roberts’s claim that β€œwe do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges?” I know we were supposed to be happy he said it because he was swiping at Trump. But it’s obviously a ridiculous claim.

I wish this myth would go away. The bias of the House is noisy because of district factors, but the tipping-point seat (#MI08) is Biden +2. The House bias is R+2.5. Depending on who you ask, Dems need anywhere between an R+0 to a D+3 year to win the House. Not D+7.

The problem is that dems need to be about +7 in the national outcome to have a chance of retaining the house. 45-44 would result in a good sized GOP advantage in house seats.
