Two of Bobby Vee's four children are claiming their siblings are misusing money from the late pop singer's estate.
Robby Velline and Jenny Whittet Velline filed a petition in the Stearns County District Court to have their brothers, Tommy and Jeff Velline, removed as trustees for using money from the estate for their personal benefit and to support Rockhouse Productions.

Vee and his wife Karen established Rockhouse Productions in the 1980s. Vee died at age 73 in October of advanced Alzheimer's disease

Rockhouse is a recording studio and production facility in St Joseph, Minnesota, that is run by the brothers.
It was established in the 1980s by Bobby and his wife, Karen, who is also deceased.
All of the siblings are listed as equal beneficiaries to their father's estate.
The brothers have filed a counter petition that says their actions had the approval of their parents, the St Cloud Times reports.
Bobby Vee's star rose in the 1960s with a string of pop hits, including Take Good Care of My Baby, The Night Has a Thousand Eyes and Come Back When You Grow Up.
He died at age 73 in October of advanced Alzheimer's disease.
