Werewolves and vampires may not make her flinch.

But there is something Kristen Stewart is terrified of — and it is coming for her this weekend.

The 26-year-old told Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night that after six years of putting it off hosting Saturday Night Live, she was reluctantly ready to 'fail'.

'For six years I've been a total wuss about it, and then I was finally like, at some point you have to bite the bullet, you know... and just fail.

'It makes you stronger, man!' she added smiling.

She even suggested being flushed with nerves was the reason behind her summery outfit of tiny hot pants and a sheer sleeveless top, despite New York's freezing temperatures.

Speaking about her upcoming movie Personal Shopper, she also revealed riding a scooter with practically no training beforehand made her pretty nervous too.

'They kind of let you do anything,' she said of road laws in France, where the movie was shot.

'Like I rode a scooter in the movie, I had 2 hours training beforehand. I feel like in the States they'd probably have me for a month with certification, insurance and all this stuff... I was genuinely terrified,' she added.

Ahead of Super Bowl weekend Jimmy also challenged the Twilight star to a game of Facebreakers — where guests must smash six widow panes with bearing their opponent's face by throwing footballs.

In Personal Shopper, Kristen plays the sister of her deceased twin brother, who together had agreed to try and contact the surviving sibling if ever one of them died.

The film has been screened at the Cannes, Toronto and New York film festivals, and will be released in the US on March 10.
