Kim Kardashian and North West had a mommy-and-me date night on Tuesday evening.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star was seen taking her daughter, aged three, to a performance of Swan Lake at the Lincoln Center For The Performing Arts in New York City.

While the Selfish author, 36, wore a sport royal blue velour outfit, her mini me stood out in a bright yellow neon look that she helped her parents Kim and Kanye West design.

When it comes to Kanye West's Yeezy clothing line, his wife Kim Kardashian is his number one fan. She's often spotted in the latest as-yet-unreleased styles from his collections and for her trip to the ballet with daughter North, there was no exception.

Both ladies were rocking Yeezy with North sporting the new kids' clothing line that Kim and Kanye created and her mother donning a strapless top, velour sweatpants and matching oversized coat from the Season 4 runway.

The entire line is heavy on sporty pieces and with the athleisure trend such a hot commodity in fashion, we're not too surprised!

Swan Lake is a classic ballet from George Balanchine with music by Peter Ilyitch Tschaikovsky.

Kim appeared to be wearing a West-designed Yeezy velour suit comprised of track pants and an oversized parka jacket.

The former Playboy cover girl added some sex appeal with a tight tube top.

And on her feet were a pair of pointy beige lace-up Yeezy boots that she has been seen with many times before. 

The daughter of Kris Jenner, 61, was heavily flanked by security guards, which has become the new norm for the TV icon after her frightening October robbery in Paris that left her bound and gagged.

The next day, Kim was seen stepping out for lunch with her longtime BFF, Jonathan Cheban, 42.

After grabbing a meal at Cipriani, the pair - both clad in sunglasses - went shopping for kids clothes with a male friend.

Seemingly enjoying herself, Kim shared video from their outing with her fans on Snapchat, with the brunette bombshell dressed warmly in a long brown fur coat.

It quickly became a group outing, with Kim and Jonathan meeting up with another friend, La La Anthony.

The 37-year-old joined her friends in an all-black outfit, which included a jacket with gold detailing and red and white patchworks on the sleeves.

Her low-cut T-shirt emphasized her ample cleavage.

Meanwhile, after keeping a relatively low-profile, Yeezy is set to have a fashion comeback. 

The 39-year-old will unveil his Yeezy Season 5 range as part of New York Fashion Week, according to a Tuesday report from Fashionista.  

It will not be as grandiose as his last two presentations, however, as the site claims it will be happening at Pier 59 Studios in the Chelsea Piers neighbourhood of Manhattan which is a popular place for events that week.

Kanye last unveiled his Yeezy Season 4 fashion range in collaboration with Adidas with an intricate outdoor presentation on Roosevelt Island back in September.

It was quite the memorable occasion as the lengthy catwalk show saw several models fainting due to the heat, while others tripped up on the runway.

Before that the Famous rapper unveiled the Yeezy Season 3 line with a huge show at Madison Square Garden in February of last year.

It was at that presentation where West also unveiled his hit album The Life Of Pablo.

With the change in venue no doubt it will have more a fashion studio feel like his Yeezy Season 1 and 2 presentations.

Meanwhile, it has been quite a trying few months for the rapper and family as Kim was robbed of over $8.5 million worth of jewelry by gunpoint inside her room at the No Address Hotel in Paris back in early October.

Then in November, Kanye was rushed to hospital in Los Angeles after a psychotic breakdown, thought to be brought on by exhaustion.

The Stronger hit-maker seems to be doing much better as an insider told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday that he has been staying busy but not taking on new projects yet.

'Kanye is doing a lot better. He stays to his schedule,' the source added. 'The family and Kim are trying to do everything they can to assure he doesn’t have another episode.' 

Kim and Kanye also have a one-year-old son named Saint.
