'So beautiful!': Rita Ora congratulates pregnant Beyonce on baby news... after she was accused of having an affair with Jay Z in 'Becky' scandal

She was accused of being the unidentified 'Becky' in the legendary cheating scandal between Jay Z and Beyonce last year.

But Rita Ora proved there were no bad feelings after the incident as she reached out to congratulate Beyonce on her baby joy on Wednesday.

Minutes after the songstress made the announcement, Rita was quick to share the post on Instagram, writing: 'YAY!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!! sooooo beautiful!!!!'

Beyonce had made the announcement on Instagram, posing in just a bra and underwear with her bump on show in an Instagram snap posted on Wednesday.

She added a caption which read: 'We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. 

'We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters.'

Rita wasted no time in sharing her own well wishes, despite being blamed for causing unrest in Beyonce and Jay Z's marriage. 

The release of Lemonade in April saw Beyonce's devoted fan base, often called The Bey-Hive, launch a witch hunt to determine the identity of the woman who Beyonce had hinted at cheating with her husband. 

In one track, Sorry, she had sang: 'Looking at my watch he should have been home/ I regret the day I put that ring on/ He always got them f***ing excuses/ He only want me when I'm not on there / He better call Becky with the good hair.'

Rita's name began to circulate amid the furore with speculation reaching fever pitch after she donned lemon-printed lingerie on Snapchat shortly after the record dropped, and was spotted wearing a 'Not Becky' pin at a Met Ball after-party.

While Becky's identity has never been revealed, old scars evidently run deep for Rita, who recently left Jay's Roc Nation label to sign a new deal with Atlantic, as she blasted her accusers.

Speaking about the scandal with Vanity Fair in September, she said: 'First and foremost, Jay Z is my inspiration and one of my idols - lyrically, musically, business-wise. I still look up to him and his wife every day. Beyoncé was one of my biggest idols growing up. 

Fuming: While Becky's identity has never been revealed, old scars evidently run deep for Rita, who recently left Jay's Roc Nation label, as she blasted her accusers after the scandal 

'That (pin) was a present from Katy Perry. Maybe I was the only one seen wearing it, but there were others. As for the rest of it, I'm oblivious, I'm just not the gossip queen.

'I find it incredibly rude and disrespectful to women in general (when) we get accused of something that's basically against the important part - the music.' 

Since the scandal Beyonce and Jay z - who have been rocked with affair allegations for years - have seemingly patched up their differences and and appear happier than ever.

However, although many fans were quick to lash out at the rapper for his alleged behaviour, some people branded it a publicity stunt to rake in cash.

The couple - who are also parents to five-year-old Blue Ivy - made no official comment on the affair rumours.
