John Terry has lifted the lid on the training ground approach that has seen Antonio Conte take Chelsea from 10th last season to this year's runaway title leaders.
The Chelsea captain thinks Chelsea are a fitter and more tactically disciplined team than they have been under any of his previous managers at Stamford Bridge.
After an average start, Conte installed his favourite 3-4-3 formation and his side have not looked back. Ahead of the visit of Arsenal, who inflicted the defeat that prompted the tactical re-jig, the Blues are nine points clear of their London rivals.

The Italian has instilled a fierce tactical discipline and fitness-based approach into his squad
At 36 Terry has revealed that he is in his best physical condition for years as he praised his manager in an interview with GQ.
'His training style is very Italian. Italian coaches and managers over the years have been very similar - they concentrate on the physical aspect of the game quite a lot,' said Terry.
'We probably do a lot of running compared to what we're used to with previous managers. The physical work in the gym is probably a lot harder and everyone's body fat has come down a huge amount since Conte arrived.'
Conte presents himself as an tough guy on the touchline, barking orders like a drill sergeant. His recent run-in with Diego Costa showed he is not a man to be taken lightly.

Terry has also revealed that he does more running than he has done under any other manager
However, aside providing further insight into the Italian's well-known tactical detail, Terry also impressed how approachable Conte is as a manager.
He added: 'We do an awful lot of tactics. Being Italian that's what he's been brought up on and that's what he knows.
'Over the years we've never really done tactics on a daily basis - probably a day before a game depending on the opposition we're about to face.
'It's something we do every day now and we're drilled. We're more set up as a team. We know exactly what to do and when to do it.
'More importantly he is a great man as well and you can have conversations with him.
'I've worked with a lot of managers over the years whose way it is and that's it. He's very open and he's prepared to listen and improve himself as a coach as well.'
