Police have appealed for public help in a search for five missing children from Mooroopna, near Shepparton.
The siblings, 12-year-old Byron, 11-year-old Aaliya, eight-year-old Isaiah, seven-year-old Tyneka and 10-month-old Nakayla were last seen in Mooroopna on Wednesday.
Police believe the Hayes children are with family members in the Heidelberg area or may be travelling to Morwell or in the Shepparton area.
Investigators have released an image of the children in the hope someone recognises them and can provide information.
