Quade Cooper has won his third professional fight against a boxer who has been widely ridiculed for his apparent lack of fitness. Wallabies and Queensland Reds star Cooper, 28, faced relatively unknown brawler Jack McInnes, 22, at the Adelaide Oval on Friday night.  The undercard bout for the highly-anticipated Anthony Mundine-Danny Green fight was, as many pundits expected, a one-sided affair. 

Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 posted the image of six pot plants on its Facebook page on Friday - the question is can you spot which one has a snake hiding in it? It seems hard to fathom but one of the plants in the picture has a 1.8m carpet python wrapped around it. All you have to do is work out exactly where the resting reptile could be.

A machete-wielding man shouting 'Allahu Akbar' was shot five times in the stomach outside the Louvre in Paris this morning after he attacked four soldiers. French Prime Minister Bernard Cazeneuve has described the attack as 'terrorist in nature' and a terror probe has been launched by authorities. An estimated 1,250 people were inside the famous art gallery, home to the Mona Lisa, when the shooting happened. President Donald Trump slammed journalists who reported on a contentious call he had last weekend with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull , suggesting the reports were 'FAKE NEWS.' 'Thank you to the Prime Minister of Australia for telling the truth about our very civil conversation that FAKE NEWS media lied about,' Trump wrote in an early a.m. tweet. 'Very nice.' Turnbull and Trump were discussing a refugee deal, which was inked during the Obama administration and which the new American president widely panned.

Millions of Telstra customers were left fuming after a fire at one of the company's exchanges triggered a nation-wide outage and caused millions of text messages to be sent to the wrong people. And customers frustration turned to anger when in the middle of the outage on Thursday after, one of the company's spokespeople wasn't even aware of the massive outage. A woman who admitted killing three of her seven children and trying to kill a fourth by driving her car into a Melbourne lake is likely to be deported after serving jail time, a judge has said. Akon Guode, 37, listened carefully to an Arabic interpreter and showed little emotion in the Victorian Supreme Court on Friday as Justice Lex Lasry said returning to her home country of South Sudan was 'almost a certainty'. Guode pleaded guilty last month to the infanticide of her one-year-old son Bol, the murders of her four-year-old twins Hanger and Madit, and the attempted murder of her six-year-old daughter Alual on the same day in Wyndham Vale, April 2015.

An Adelaide couple due to get married in Bali in April have had their wedding plans thrown into chaos after about 50 guests booked to fly with Tigerair - who then announced on Friday they had ended all flights to Bali. Michael Della-Verde, 33, and Elisa Camerelli, 27, (pictured left and right) from Adelaide are getting married in Sanur in April with about 100 guests. They found out the Tigerair (inset) flights had ended the day they sent out their wedding invites. Mr Della-Verde said: 'There's quite a big possibility that we could have 40 per cent of our guests not come.'

Linda Trevan, the mother of Cassidy (together, left), says her daughter, 13, was relentlessly bullied at a Melbourne high school and then gang raped before tragically committing suicide two years later. In a heart-wrenching Facebook post, Ms Trevan said Cassidy was forced to miss out on her fourth term of Year 7 at the school after she was targeted by a group of bullying girls. She said they would slap her on the face and regularly abuse her on social media. Cassidy finally returned to school two days a week - where she was met with an apology from the girls, who asked her to be their friend and invited her to a festival. But instead of going to the festival, the very same girls led Cassidy to a nearby house where she was subjected to a horrific gang rape that savaged her innocence. 'They were older boys that Cass didn't know. Two girls who sat and waited. Two boys who shared her and timed each other. One boy stood guarding the front door,' Ms Trevan said. 'Cass was scared to make a formal statement for fear of retaliation from the gang.' Ms Trevan said she spent the next two years 'desperately doing everything' she could to keep Cassidy alive. 'Bullying killed my child, bullying must be taken seriously,' Ms Trevan said.

This is the adorable moment a wild koala made friends with a dog after wandering into a family's back yard in Adelaide, South Australia, and sitting down near their glass back door. A baby Fennec Fox has captured the hearts of visitors at Sydney's Taronga Zoo after it emerged from it's nesting box. The unnamed Fennec Fox was born December 3, but has only just started to venture outside to the delight of keen-eyed guests. 'The little one is beginning to spend a lot more time outdoors. We're seeing it playing, rolling around on its back and chasing after mum and dad,' said keeper Deb Price.

Two 17-year-old girls took a chilly dip on Wednesday, after driving their car off the road and into an icy pool. The crash occurred around 7.30am on Easy Street in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, a town of 14,000 about 36 miles southwest of Boston. The girls, who are twins, were on their way to Blackstone Valley Technical High School when police say their car struck a utility pole on nearby West River Road. The car, a Lexus SE, traveled about 300 feet through two yards in the well-manicured suburb before landing in a private pool.

A grainy 47 second clip has turned up on YouTube, showing Banksy working in a Bristol underpass on a stencil called Lights, Camera, Vandalism. Wearing a hoodie and jeans and with his back to the camera, the artist uses spray cans, a stencil and some cardboard to create the artwork (pictured). The film was apparently taken by Banksy or a friend back in 2010 as part of a report run by The Sunday Times. Robin Gunningham, a former public schoolboy, was first named as Banksy by The Mail on Sunday in 2008.

His Sphynx cat now has a series of 'gangster' tattoos on its back and sides, with the designs featuring a prison tower, playing cards and a cigarette. He said that he had to give Demon an anaesthetic so that he could stand the pain of the ink needle and admitted that he might not have been doing the right thing.
