Danny Green has beaten his long-time boxing rival Anthony Mundine in a highly controversial fight. Both boxers were deducted points for illegal blows during the fiery clash that went the full 10 rounds at the Adelaide Oval on Friday night. In the early stages of the bout, referee Frank Garza came in to split the clinching fighters before Mundine threw a cheap left hook, connecting with Green's chin. He was visibly rattled by the punch and needed nearly a minute to regroup before the fight was allowed to continue.

Mother speaks about her daughter's suicide after gang rape

Cassidy finally returned to school two days a week - where she was met with an apology from the girls, who asked her to be their friend and invited her to a festival. But instead of going to the festival, the very same girls led Cassidy to a nearby house where she was subjected to a horrific gang rape that savaged her innocence. 'They were older boys that Cass didn't know. Two girls who sat and waited. Two boys who shared her and timed each other. One boy stood guarding the front door,' Ms Trevan said. 'Cass was scared to make a formal statement for fear of retaliation from the gang.' Ms Trevan said she spent the next two years 'desperately doing everything' she could to keep Cassidy alive. 'Bullying killed my child, bullying must be taken seriously,' Ms Trevan said.

Two 17-year-old girls took a chilly dip on Wednesday, after driving their car off the road and into an icy pool. The crash occurred around 7.30am on Easy Street in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, a town of 14,000 about 36 miles southwest of Boston. The girls, who are twins, were on their way to Blackstone Valley Technical High School when police say their car struck a utility pole on nearby West River Road. Is this Banksy at work? Mystery over video from Bristol

A grainy 47 second clip has turned up on YouTube, showing Banksy working in a Bristol underpass on a stencil called Lights, Camera, Vandalism. Wearing a hoodie and jeans and with his back to the camera, the artist uses spray cans, a stencil and some cardboard to create the artwork (pictured). The film was apparently taken by Banksy or a friend back in 2010 as part of a report run by The Sunday Times. Russian body artist gives hairless Sphynx cat 4 TATTOOS

The tattoo fanatic, named only as Aleksandr (bottom right), carried out the inking (left and top right) himself in the city of Yekaterinburg in central Russia's Sverdlovsk Oblast region. His Sphynx cat now has a series of 'gangster' tattoos on its back and sides, with the designs featuring a prison tower, playing cards and a cigarette. He said that he had to give Demon an anaesthetic so that he could stand the pain of the ink needle and admitted that he might not have been doing the right thing.

Researchers from the George Institute for Global Health in Australia claim the findings highlight the urgent need to look elsewhere for treatments to cure the common cause of pain in adults.
