She's the sister of one of the most famous singing stars on the planet.

But on Thursday night Solange Knowles was the one getting the attention as she performed on stage at the Super Bowl LIVE event in Houston.

The 30-year-old singer poured her heart out in a chic white one-shoulder ensemble at the music festival.

Solange looked angelic in the all white monochrome attire which coordinated with her backup dancers and singers.

The multi-talented star wore the form-fitting top with lustrous wide-legged trousers that were cropped just above the ankle.

She left her shoulder-length mane in relaxed natural curls and opted for warm neutral makeup with a nude glossy lip.

Her performance is part of Super Bowl LIVE, which is being presented by Verizon, in the days leading up to Super Bowl LI.

The nine-day free festival is being held in downtown Houston and features a wide range of artists from different genres.

They all have one thing in common though - they all have ties to Texas.

Solange famously grew up in Houston with big sister Beyonce, who just announced she was expecting baby number 2 and 3 with husband Jay-Z.

Solange's famous sister posed in just a bra and underwear with her bump on show in an Instagram snap posted on Wednesday.

Beyonce added a caption which read: 'We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters.'

In the ethereal frame, she wore a veil on over her face while surrounded by flowers.

The Single Ladies singer, who has kept out of the spotlight in recent months, and the rapper are already parents to five-year-old Blue Ivy.

In 2013, Beyonce told ABC News that she definitely "would like more children."

"I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being a big sister," she said, referring to little sister, Grammy-nominated singer Solange Knowles.

In fact, Solange and Beyonce have always been extremely close, as evidenced in a recent column for Interview Magazine.

With her big sister asking the questions, the 30-year-old indie music darling did not hold back when discussing her drive to create and her surprising love of reality television.

The singer/songwriter admits Beyonce did a 'kickass job' of being a big sister:

'You were the most patient, loving, wonderful sister ever. In the 30 years that we've been together, I think we've only really, like, butted heads ... we can count on one hand.'

It is the lessons that she learnt from Queen B and her mom that she embraced as she looked back at her life, her mistakes and her success and wrote all the tracks for her latest album, A Seat At the Table, Solange tells her sister in the interview.

She's currently touring around at various festivals and events to promote that new album.
