About Twitter Dashboard

Twitter Dashboard helps you manage your business account and make the most of Twitter. With Dashboard, you can easily schedule Tweets, see what people are saying about you or your business, view analytics, and engage with your audience.

You can use Twitter Dashboard at dashboard.twitter.com via the web, or download the iOS app from the App Store.

Note: The Twitter Dashboard app is only available for iOS and in the United States at this time.

Managing your feeds

About you

The first time you access Dashboard, you’ll see the About you feed on your Home screen. It uses your @username and your name (as it appears on your profile) as search terms to show you what people are saying about you or your business.

You can edit these search terms at any time by clicking the Edit button on desktop or tapping the gear icon on iOS. Your About you feed will show every Tweet that matches any of the terms under Include, so use words, phrases, or hashtags that are specific to you. If your name or the name of your business is a common word or phrase, you might want to remove it. Consider replacing it with a unique nickname or hashtag you created or use regularly. You can also specifically Exclude any terms or @usernames that aren’t connected to you or your business.

Creating new feeds

You can create additional feeds to track conversations about people, topics, events, or anything you want to follow:

  1. Via web, click Add a new feed and then select Create a custom feed; on iOS, tap the gear icon in the top corner and select Create a custom feed
  2. Add any terms you’d like to Include or Exclude, and then you can Add a title and Save your feed. Your new feed will load on your Home screen.

You can also create feeds from lists:

  1. Via web, click Add a new feed and then select Create feed from a list; on iOS, tap the gear icon and then select Create feed from a list
  2. You’ll see your lists as well as any lists you’ve subscribed to. Select a list, click or tap Save, and your new feed will appear on your Home screen. To learn more about creating and subscribing to lists, check out Using Twitter lists.
